A compound according to the formula:
- wherein:
- X1 is CHR13;
- X2 is CH2;
- X3 is CH2, O, or S;
- R14 is optionally substituted heterocyclyl;
- R12 is optionally substituted heteroaryl or optionally substituted heterocyclyl;
- R13 is aralkyl;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
