A Stevia untreated aqueous extract solution comprising RebM, wherein the RebM is extracted from leaves of a cultivar that has been selectively bred to yield a concentration of RebM that is above its common relative concentration of 1.4%;

• wherein the common relative concentration is a relative concentration calculated as follows:
• Relative concentration of steviol glycoside=[concentration of steviol glycoside (% wt/wt on dry basis)/total steviol glycosides content (% wt/wt on dry basis)]×100.
