A substrate including: a first base layer; an adhesive layer on the first base layer, the adhesive layer including at least one trench; a second base layer on the adhesive layer; and a barrier overlapping with the at least one trench, the at least one trench penetrating the adhesive layer.

A substrate comprising:
- a first base layer;
- an adhesive layer on the first base layer in a thickness direction of the substrate, the adhesive layer comprising at least one trench;
- a second base layer on the adhesive layer;
- and
- a barrier overlapping with the at least one trench,
- wherein the at least one trench penetrates the adhesive layer, and
- wherein the barrier is entirely spaced from a rear surface of the first base layer by at least a portion of the first base layer overlapping with the barrier in the thickness direction.

- a ground layer;
- a first base layer on the ground layer;
- an adhesive layer on the first base layer in a thickness direction;
