Smart sensor and its system for autonomous system

A sensor system comprising:

• a first photo diode making a first sensor pixel in a first semiconductor structure and configured to absorb a first wavelength regions of a received radiation from an object and provides a first type signal;
• a second photodiode making a second sensor pixel in a second semiconductor structure and configured to absorb a second wavelength regions of the received radiation from the object and provides a second type signal;
• a third photodiode making a third sensor pixel in a third semiconductor structure and configured to absorb a third wavelength regions of received radiation and provides third type signal, wherein a third wavelength region selected from a group consisting of the first wavelength region, second wavelength region, other wavelength region, or a combination of thereof;
• at least one signal processing unit;
• wherein the at least one signal processing unit receives the first type signal, the second type, the third type signal, or a combination thereof configured to provide an image information of the object, a distance, a 3-dimensional image information of the object, and/or tracking information of the object (mobile or fixed), or a combination thereof capabilities;
• and,
• at least one electronic means, wherein the at least one electronic means configured to process the image information of the object, a distance, a 3-dimensional image information of the object and/or tracking an object (mobile or fixed), or a combination thereof utilizing the machine learning model to provide human-like perception, generates quick actionable decisions to a situation;
• wherein the first sensor pixel and/or second sensor pixel configure to produce the image information and the third sensor pixel configured to produce the distance and/or three-dimensional image information, wherein the first sensor pixel, the second sensor pixel, and the third sensor pixel are located to close proximity to each other.

A sensor system comprising:

• a first photo diode making a first sensor pixel in a first semiconductor structure and configured to absorb a first wavelength regions of a received radiation from an object and provides a first type signal;
• a second photodiode making a second sensor pixel in a second semiconductor structure and configured to absorb a second wavelength regions of the received radiation from the object and provides a second type signal;
• a third photodiode making a third sensor pixel in a third semiconductor structure and configured to absorb a third wavelength regions of received radiation and provides third type signal, wherein a third wavelength region selected from a group consisting of the first wavelength region, second wavelength region, other wavelength region, or a combination of thereof;
• at least one emitter;
• at least one signal processing unit;
• wherein the at least one signal processing unit receives the first type signal, the second type, the third type signal, or a combination thereof configured to provide an image information of the object, a distance, a 3-dimensional image information of the object, and/or tracking information of the object (mobile or fixed), or a combination thereof capabilities;
• and,
• at least one electronic means, wherein the at least one electronic means configured to process the image information of the object, a distance, a 3-dimensional image information of the object and/or tracking an object (mobile or fixed), or a combination thereof utilizing the machine learning model to provide human-like perception, generates quick actionable decisions to a situation;
• wherein the first sensor pixel and/or second sensor pixel configure to produce the image information, and the third sensor pixel configured to produce the distance and/or three-dimensional image information, wherein the first sensor pixel, the second sensor pixel, and the third sensor pixel are located to close proximity to each other.
