Abstract
A plectrum, comprising: a first pick configured for strumming a stringed instrument; an adhesive pad; and a second pick configured for strumming a stringed instrument, wherein the adhesive pad is positioned between the first pick and the second pick and wherein the adhesive pad is attached to the inner face of the first pick and the inner face of the second pick.

A plectrum, comprising:
- a first pick configured for strumming a stringed instrument;
- an adhesive pad;
- and
- a second pick configured for strumming a stringed instrument,
- wherein the adhesive pad is positioned between the first pick and the second pick and wherein the adhesive pad is attached to the inner face of the first pick and the inner face of the second pick;
- wherein the adhesive pad is made of foam;
- wherein said foam allows for the first and second picks to be separated by different distances depending on how it is held by the user;
- wherein the first and second picks are configured to be offset translationally and to depress the foam to rotate relative to each other;
- and
- wherein the first and second picks are configured to be positioned with one of the picks on one side of a string of a string instrument and the other of the picks on another side of the string while in use.
