A contribution degree calculation system for calculating the degree of contribution of displays serving for mediating supply and purchase of an item of interest, including a product and/or service, between a user who considers purchasing the item of interest and a supplier that supplies the item of interest, comprising:
- a communication network operatively coupling with one another at least one user terminal, at least one supplier terminal operatively coupled to the at least one user terminal through at least one display device, at least one store terminal, at least one IOT (Internet of Things) device, and a control processor node,
- wherein said control processor node includes:
- at least one data storage unit,
- a user action history acquisition processor unit operatively coupled to said at least one display device and configured to monitor said at least one display to acquire a user action history of actions taken by the user through said at least one user terminal in relation to said at least one display, said user action history being recorded in said at least one data storage unit of said control processor node;
- a user purchase history acquisition processor unit operatively coupled to said at least one display and configured to monitor said at least one display to acquire a user purchase history of purchase of the item of interest by the user through said at least one user terminal in relation to said at least one display, said user action history being recorded in said at least one data storage unit of said control processor node;
- a supplier progress history acquisition processor unit operative coupled to said at least one display and configured to monitor said at least one display and acquire a supplier progress history of supply of the item of interest by the supplier, said supplier progress history being recorded in said at least one data storage unit of said control processor node;
- a purchase aspect determination processor unit operatively coupled to said at least one data storage unit of said control processor node and configured to determine that a particular item of interest is the item of interest previously decided by the user as a target item of interest to be purchased or another item of interest different than the target item of interest purchased, on the basis of a history of actions with respect to the particular item of interest included in the user action history acquired by the user action history acquisition processor unit recorded in said at least one data storage unit of said control processor node and a history of a plurality of continuous purchases of the particular item of interest included in the user purchase history acquired by the user purchase history acquisition processor unit recorded in said at least one data storage unit of said control processor node and to determine whether the user has purchased the determined particular item of interest or another item of interest different than the target item of interest;
- a contribution degree calculator processor unit operatively coupled to said at least one data storage unit of said control processor node and configured to, upon determining, by the purchase aspect determination processor unit, that the user has purchased the particular item of interest previously decided by the user as the target item of interest to be purchased, calculate a direct contribution degree that is the degree of contribution of the at least one display used when the user has purchased the particular item of interest, to, when the purchase aspect determination processor unit determines that the user has purchased the item of interest other than the particular item of interest previously decided by the user as the target item of interest to be purchased, calculate a related contribution degree by adding the degree of contribution of another at least one display related to the another item of interest used when the user previously decided the particular item of interest as the target item of interest to be purchased, the degree of contribution of said another at least one display used when the user has purchased the item of interest other than the particular item of interest, and the degree of contribution of said another at least one display contributing in guiding the user from purchase of the particular item of interest previously decided by the user as the target item of interest to be purchased to purchase of the item of interest other than the particular item of interest, and to calculate the degree of contribution of the at least one display and the another at least one display on the basis of the direct contribution degree and the related contribution degree, and
- an auxiliary purchase history determination processor unit operatively coupled to said at least one data storage unit of said control processor node and configured to determine whether the user action history acquired by the user action history acquisition processor unit includes an auxiliary purchase history indicating that the user has considered purchase of the item of interest but not purchased the item of interest;
- and
- an auxiliary purchase level determination processor unit operatively coupled to said auxiliary purchase history determination processor unit and configured to, when the auxiliary purchase history determination processor unit determines that the auxiliary purchase history is included, determine an auxiliary purchase level indicating the level of the possibility that the user may purchase the item of interest, on the basis of the auxiliary purchase history, wherein the contribution degree calculator processor unit calculates the degree of contribution of the at least one display and the another at least one display by taking into account the auxiliary purchase level of the user determined by the auxiliary purchase level determination processor unit.
