Knowledgebase with work products of service providers and processing thereof

A method comprising:

• obtaining at least one current work item of a service consumer;
• performing processing of the at least one current work item of the service consumer, wherein the performing processing of the at least one current work item of the service consumer includes text processing of text-based content, wherein the text processing of text-based content involves using one or more natural language processing technique for characterizing subject matter of the at least one current work item of the service consumer to output work item natural language processing result data resulting from the using one or more natural language processing technique for characterizing subject matter of the at least one current work item of the service consumer;
• comparing the work item natural language processing result data resulting from the using one or more natural language processing technique for characterizing subject matter of the at least one current work item of the service consumer to work product natural language processing result data which has resulted from subjecting to natural language processing one or more work product of respective ones of one or more service provider;
• and
• matching the service consumer to a certain service provider of the one or more service provider in response to the comparing the work item natural language processing result data to work product natural language processing result data which has resulted from subjecting to natural language processing one or more work product of respective ones of one or more service provider, wherein scoring a data contribution of the certain service provider is performed in dependence on a file size of work product data received from the certain service provider, and wherein the matching is performed in dependence on the scoring.

A method comprising:

• obtaining at least one current work item of a service consumer;
• performing processing of the at least one current work item of the service consumer, wherein the performing processing of the at least one current work item of the service consumer includes text processing of text-based content, wherein the text processing of text-based content involves using one or more natural language processing technique for characterizing subject matter of the at least one current work item of the service consumer to output work item natural language processing result data resulting from the using one or more natural language processing technique for characterizing subject matter of the at least one current work item of the service consumer;
• comparing the work item natural language processing result data resulting from the using one or more natural language processing technique for characterizing subject matter of the at least one current work item of the service consumer to work product natural language processing result data which has resulted from subjecting to natural language processing one or more work product of respective ones of one or more service provider;
• and
• matching the service consumer to a certain service provider of the one or more service provider in response to the comparing the work item natural language processing result data to work product natural language processing result data which has resulted from subjecting to natural language processing one or more work product of respective ones of one or more service provider, wherein the method includes performing scoring of an originality of the certain service provider, wherein the performing scoring includes producing machine generated text based content and comparing text based work product content received from the certain service provider to the machine generated text based content, and wherein the matching is performed in dependence on the performing scoring of the originality of the certain service provider.
