Settlement system, server device, management method, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing program

A management method comprising:

• prior to an approval of a settlement of a transaction at a terminal device, acquiring, by a processor of a settlement management server, first information from a receipt server, which receives print information from a printing apparatus, wherein the first information is based on the print information for printing by the printing apparatus and based on a first image representing transaction details related to the settlement;
• prior to the approval of the settlement, acquiring, by the processor, second information from a settlement terminal, which receives a request for the approval of the settlement from the terminal device, wherein the second information is related to the request for the approval of the settlement from the terminal device;
• and
• performing, by the processor, a settlement-related process by storing user information of a user included in the second information based on first settlement information included in the first information and second settlement information included in the second information in association with each other, when first feature information included in the first information and second feature information included in the second information correspond to each other.

A settlement system comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• a memory including instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to function as:
• an acquisitor that, prior to an approval of a settlement of a transaction at a terminal device, acquires first information from a receipt server, which receives print information from a printing apparatus, wherein the first information is based on the print information for printing by the printing apparatus and based on a first image representing transaction details related to the settlement, and acquires second information from a settlement terminal, which receives a request for the approval of the settlement from the terminal device, wherein the second information is related to the request for the approval of the settlement from the terminal device;
• and
• a management unit that performs a settlement-related process by storing user information of a user included in the second information based on first settlement information included in the first information and second settlement information included in the second information in association with each other, when first feature information included in the first information and second feature information included in the second information correspond to each other.
