Abstract
A system and method that enables the ongoing communication, tracking, and management review of feedback among a population of workers and their management.
Claims21
A method comprising:
- via one or more processing devices configured within a networked enterprise feedback system and in communication with a repository storing structured enterprise relationship data:
- generating a graphical user interface (GUI) for gathering feedback about areas of performance regarding a particular user, wherein the feedback exists from less than a certain number of other users having a verified working relationship with the particular user,
- wherein the GUI dynamically adapts based on previously stored feedback associated with the particular user to solicit additional feedback for performance areas not previously covered;
- verifying, using the structured enterprise relationship data, that the other users providing feedback have the indicated working relationship with the particular user;
- automatically associating an expiration date or expiration time with a request for feedback and enforcing expiration by making the request unavailable upon occurrence of the expiration;
- and
- generating a display of the feedback for a manager of the particular user comprising a graphical trend representation of quantitative feedback over a selected time period.

- processing circuitry and a repository storing structured enterprise relationship data, the processing circuitry operable to:
- generate a graphical user interface (GUI) for gathering feedback about areas of performance regarding a particular user, wherein the feedback exists from less than a certain number of other users having a verified working relationship with the particular user,
- wherein the GUI is configured to dynamically adjust feedback prompts based on feedback previously received for the particular user;
- verify, using the structured enterprise relationship data, that the other users submitting feedback have the indicated working relationship with the particular user;
- associate an expiration date or expiration time with a feedback request and automatically restrict access to the request upon expiration;
- and
- generate a display of the feedback for a manager of the particular user including a graphical trend analysis of quantitative feedback over time.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising executable instructions that, when executed by processing circuitry of a system having access to structured enterprise relationship data stored in a repository, cause the processing circuitry to perform a method comprising:
- generating a graphical user interface (GUI) for gathering feedback about areas of performance regarding a particular user, wherein the feedback exists from less than a certain number of other users having a verified working relationship with the particular user,
- wherein the GUI dynamically adapts based on stored feedback data to solicit additional performance-related input not previously received;
- verifying, using the structured enterprise relationship data, that the other users providing feedback have the indicated working relationship with the particular user;
- automatically associating and enforcing expiration of feedback requests;
- and
- generating a display of the feedback for a manager of the particular user comprising a graphical trend representation of quantitative feedback over time.
