Cold light source light-emission apparatus, light-emission adjustment method, and outdoor light-emission device

A cold light source light-emission apparatus, arranged at an outdoor light-emission device, the cold light source light-emission apparatus comprising:

• a fluorescent component comprising a transparent body and a fluorescent layer, wherein an interior of the transparent body is a pre-formed accommodation cavity, the fluorescent layer is arranged inside the accommodation cavity, and an interior of the fluorescent layer is arranged with fluorescent powder;
• and
• an LED module, wherein a light-emission direction of the LED module is set towards the fluorescent component;
• wherein, when the LED module emits light towards the fluorescent component, the fluorescent powder absorbs the light for energy storage, and when the fluorescent powder absorbs sufficient light for energy storage, the fluorescent powder reaches an excited state and continuously and stably emits light;
• wherein the fluorescent powder is further configured to absorb natural light for energy storage, and the LED module is configured to emit light towards the fluorescent component to supplement energy storage of the fluorescent powder when the natural light is insufficient.
