Provided is an antibody or antigen binding fragment, capable of recognizing an antigen peptide comprising SEQ ID NO: 7 (KNKKIYDGG); or recognizing an epitope comprising SEQ ID NO: 7 in Claudin 18.2; preferably recognizing a peptide comprising SEQ ID NO: 6 (KNKKIYDGGART); or recognizing an epitope comprising the SEQ ID NO: 6 in the Claudin 18.2.

An antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, wherein the antibody is an antibody produced by the hybridoma cell line deposited with the accession number CCTCCNO.C202007 or CCTCCNO.C202008, wherein the antibody produced by the hybridoma cell line CCTCCNO.C202007 is antibody 9 and the antibody produced by the hybridoma cell line CCTCCNO.C202008 is antibody 7.
A hybridoma, wherein the deposit accession number of the hybridoma is CCTCCNO.C202007 or CCTCCNO.C202008.
