An isolated antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising HCDR1, HCDR2 and HCDR3 sequences as set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 1, 3, and 5, respectively;
- and a light chain variable region (VL) comprising LCDR1, LCDR2 and LCDR3 sequences as set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 2, 4 and 6, respectively, wherein the antibody is capable of specifically binding to FGFR2b, which does not have detectable binding affinity to FGFR2c.
