Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of antibody drugs, and particularly relates to an anti-TIGIT antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, an anti-TIGIT/anti-PD-L1 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions containing an anti-TIGIT antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof or an anti-TIGIT/anti-PD-L1 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and applications thereof. The anti-TIGIT/anti-PD-L1 antibody of the present invention has significant antitumor activity, and can be applied in the preparation of antitumor drugs.
Claims17
An anti-TIGIT antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, wherein:
- (1) the heavy chain variable region comprises H1CDR1, H1CDR2 and H1CDR3 set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 28, 29 and 30, respectively;
- and
- (2) the light chain variable region comprises L1CDR1, L1CDR2 and L1CDR3 set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 34, 35 and 36, respectively.
