Abstract
The present invention relates to a heterocyclic substituted fused γ-carboline derivative, a preparation method therefor, an intermediate thereof and use thereof. The heterocyclic substituted fused γ-carboline derivative has a compound structure as represented by formula (I). Such compound can be used for preparing a medicament for treating neuropsychiatric diseases.

A compound represented by general formula (I), a stereoisomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein,
- R1 is independently C1-C6 alkyl;
- R2 is independently —R7—R8—R9—;
- R3 is independently any one of hydrogen or C1-C3 alkyl;
- R4 is independently any one of —C(═O)— or —CH2—;
- R5 and R6 are each independently any one of hydrogen, or C1-C3 alkyl optionally substituted by halogen, C1-C3 alkoxy, cyano, amino, nitro, hydroxyl, C2-C4 alkenyl, C2-C4 alkynyl, or R5, R6 and the carbon atom directly attached thereto together form —C(═O)—;
- R7 is independently C1-C5 alkylene;
- R8 is independently any one of —C(═O)—, —CH2— or —O—;
- R9 is independently any one of C1-C3 alkylene or absence;
- A is phenyl optionally substituted by one or more halogens.
