Abstract
A hydraulic mount in which a fluid for supporting an engine of a vehicle is sealed, includes a core configured to receive vibration from outside, an insulator molded on the external side of the core, and a diaphragm spaced at a predetermined distance from the insulator, wherein a fluid is sealed between the insulator and the diaphragm, and an upper chamber and a lower chamber are provided between the insulator and the diaphragm by a nozzle assembly. The nozzle assembly includes an upper nozzle located adjacent to the upper chamber, a lower nozzle coupled to the upper nozzle and located adjacent to the lower chamber, and a membrane located between the upper nozzle and the lower nozzle.
Claims18
A hydraulic mount comprising:
- a core;
- an insulator molded on an external side of the core;
- and
- a diaphragm spaced at a predetermined distance from the insulator,
- wherein a fluid is sealed between the insulator and the diaphragm, and
- wherein an upper chamber and a lower chamber are provided between the insulator and the diaphragm by a nozzle assembly, and
- wherein the nozzle assembly includes:
- an upper nozzle located adjacent to the upper chamber;
- a lower nozzle coupled to the upper nozzle and located adjacent to the lower chamber;
- and
- a membrane located between the upper nozzle and the lower nozzle,
- wherein the nozzle assembly further includes a first passage of the upper nozzle and a second passage of the upper nozzle configured to fluidically-communicate the upper chamber with the lower chamber, respectively,
- wherein the second passage of the upper nozzle is defined by a guide wall protruding from a surface of the upper nozzle, the surface of the upper nozzle facing away from the lower nozzle, wherein the guide wall extends along a circumferential direction of the second passage of the upper nozzle, and
- wherein the guide wall includes a plurality of external diameter portions and a plurality of internal diameter portions having a diameter smaller than a diameter of the external diameter portions.
