Abstract
In a parting seal that seals a gap between a front door and a rear door, one end of a seal portion, including a substantially arc shape, and one end of a mounting base, including a substantially L shape, are connected by a connecting portion, the seal portion and the mounting base are formed of a material with higher hardness compared to the connecting portion, and a seal-portion distal end of the seal portion, located opposite to the connecting portion, comes into contact with the mounting base when the front door is closed.

A parting seal comprising rubber or resin that seals a gap formed by an outer surface of a vehicle by a first member and a second member being adjacent to each other, at least one of the first member or the second member being an opening/closing door, wherein
- one end of a substantially arc shaped seal portion of the parting seal and one end of a substantially L shaped mounting base of the parting seal are connected by a connecting portion,
- the seal portion and the mounting base are formed of a material with higher hardness compared to a hardness of a material of the connecting portion,
- a seal-portion distal end of the seal portion, located opposite to the connecting portion, comes into contact with the mounting base when the opening/closing door is closed, and
- the connecting portion is substantially L-shaped between the mounting base and the seal portion.
