A vehicular window assembly includes a window panel attached at a mounting structure. The window panel has an electrically conductive trace established at a surface of the window panel. The electrically conductive trace includes a positive end electrically connected to a positive terminal at the window panel and a negative end electrically connected to a negative terminal at the window panel. The electrically conductive trace includes a plurality of spaced apart trace segments disposed across the surface of the window panel. The plurality of spaced apart trace segments are electrically connected in series between the positive terminal and the negative terminal. With the vehicular window assembly mounted at the vehicle, a power supply of the vehicle is electrically connected to the positive terminal and the negative terminal to provide electrical power to the electrically conductive trace. Voltage supplied by the power supply is greater than 15 volts.
