Abstract
Disclosed is a grain-finished leather-like sheet including: a fiber substrate; and a resin layer stacked on one side of the fiber substrate, wherein the resin layer includes at least a skin layer, and the skin layer includes a polyurethane, a nonionic compound having an HLB value of 10 to 16, and a water-soluble polymer, and has surface free energy including a polar component of 25 to 40 mJ/m2 and a dispersive component of 30 to 40 mJ/m2, as analyzed according to the OWRK method.
Claims16
A grain-finished leather-like sheet comprising:
- a fiber substrate;
- and
- a resin layer stacked on one side of the fiber substrate,
- wherein the resin layer comprises at least a skin layer, and
- the skin layer comprises a polyurethane, a nonionic compound having an HLB value of 10 to 16, and a water-soluble polymer, and has surface free energy including a polar component of 25 to 40 mJ/m2 and a dispersive component of 30 to 40 mJ/m2, as analyzed according to the Owens-Wendt-Rabel-Kaelble method.
