Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition using a fiberized acellular dermal matrix and a method of preparing the same and, more particularly, to a composition using a fiberized acellular dermal matrix prepared without addition of a biocompatible polymer and a method of preparing the same.
Claims9
A method of preparing a composition using a fiberized acellular dermal matrix, comprising:
- (a) preparing a fiberized acellular dermal matrix by pulverizing an acellular dermal matrix, the pulverization being carried out using a cutting mill under conditions of a rotational speed of 500 rpm to 2,000 rpm and a sieve size of 500 μm to 1,000 μm;
- (b) preparing a rehydrated fiberized acellular dermal matrix by adding distilled water to the fiberized acellular dermal matrix;
- (c) separating the rehydrated fiberized acellular dermal matrix based on a major axis length thereof;
- and
- (d) drying the separated rehydrated fiberized acellular dermal matrix, wherein the composition is prepared without addition of a biocompatible polymer.
