Abstract
To provide a stabilized preparation for using Araliadiol as a medicine or a functional food, and a method for manufacturing the same. A powdery preparation that contains Araliadiol, dextrin and cyclodextrin. Preferably, the powdery preparation further contains a macromolecular polysaccharide.

A powdery preparation comprising araliadiol, dextrin and cyclodextrin.
A process for producing a powdery preparation, comprising the steps of:
- mixing araliadiol, dextrin, and cyclodextrin to obtain a mixed solution, homogenizing the mixed solution to prepare an emulsified solution;
- and
- drying the emulsified solution.
