Abstract
An ocular composition consisting of purified water, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate, sodium trideceth sulfate, PEG-150 distearate, sodium lauroamphoacetate, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, sodium chloride, PEG-15 cocopolyamine, polyhexamethylene biguanide, 1,2 hexanediol, and caprylyl glycol. The composition can be applied to a fabric pad for use as an eyelid cleanser, where the fabric pad is pre-moistened with the composition and packaged for use. The composition may also be used in an eyelid treatment kit for convenient combination treatments to improve overall eyelid hygiene and adjunctive eyelid therapy.

An ocular composition consisting of:
- purified water;
- PEG-80 sorbitan laurate;
- sodium trideceth sulfate;
- PEG-150 distearate;
- sodium lauroamphoacetate;
- cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine;
- sodium chloride;
- PEG-15 cocopolyamine;
- polyhexamethylene biguanide;
- 1,2 hexanediol;
- and
- Caprylyl glycol.
An eyelid treatment kit, wherein the kit comprises an ocular composition, wherein the ocular composition consists of purified water, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate, sodium trideceth sulfate, PEG-150 distearate, sodium lauroamphoacetate, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, sodium chloride, PEG-15 cocopolyamine, polyhexamethylene biguanide, 1,2 hexanediol, and caprylyl glycol.
An ocular composition consisting of:
- 1.408% PEG-80 sorbitan laurate;
- 1.277% sodium trideceth sulfate;
- 0.243% PEG-150 distearate;
- 0.675% sodium lauroamphoacetate;
- 0.883% cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine;
- 0.69% sodium chloride;
- 0.16% PEG-15 cocopolyamine;
- 0.5% polyhexamethylene biguanide;
- 0.25% 1,2 hexanediol;
- 0.25% caprylyl glycol;
- and
- q.s. to 100% purified water.
