Lower folding device for forming dumplings

A dumpling forming lower folding device comprising:

• a dumpling skin pressing unit including a plurality of dumpling skin folding parts that are driven simultaneously and configured to drive the plurality of dumpling skin folding parts at a preset position;
• a folding cam rail unit disposed adjacent to the dumpling skin pressing unit, connected to the dumpling skin pressing unit, and configured to move the dumpling skin folding parts;
• and
• a folding moving unit connected to the dumpling skin pressing unit and configured to move the dumpling skin pressing unit relative to the folding cam rail unit,
• wherein the dumpling skin pressing unit includes:
• an upper plate part connected to the folding moving unit, having a dumpling skin seated area in which a dumpling skin is disposed, and spaced apart from one area of the dumpling skin when the dumpling skin folding part is driven;
• and
• a folding rotation driving module connected to the upper plate part and configured to rotate the dumpling skin folding part, and
• wherein the dumpling skin folding part includes:
• a support finger;
• and
• a gathering finger,
• wherein the support finger is configured to rotate by a first preset rotation angle while the gathering finger remains stationary.
