Abstract
Aspects relate to a peak data rate for an uplink transmission. A user equipment may be scheduled for an uplink transmission on at least one radio frequency carrier of a plurality of radio frequency carriers. The user equipment may transmit the uplink transmission on the at least one radio frequency carrier according to a peak uplink data rate for a time slot. In some aspects, the user equipment may calculate the peak uplink data rate based on whether the user equipment supports uplink switching between the plurality of radio frequency carriers.
Claims30
A user equipment, comprising:
- a transceiver;
- one or more memories that store processor-executable code;
- and
- one or more processors configured to execute the processor-executable code and cause the user equipment to:
- receive via the transceiver scheduling information for a transmission on at least one radio frequency carrier of a plurality of radio frequency carriers;
- and
- transmit the transmission via the transceiver on the at least one radio frequency carrier according to a peak uplink data rate for a time slot, wherein the peak uplink data rate is based on whether the user equipment supports uplink switching between the plurality of radio frequency carriers.
A method of wireless communication at a user equipment, the method comprising:
- receiving scheduling information for a transmission on at least one radio frequency carrier of a plurality of radio frequency carriers;
- and
- transmitting the transmission on the at least one radio frequency carrier according to a peak uplink data rate for a time slot, wherein the peak uplink data rate is based on whether the user equipment supports uplink switching between the plurality of radio frequency carriers.
A network entity, comprising:
- a transceiver;
- one or more memories that store processor-executable code;
- and
- one or more processors configured to execute the processor-executable code and cause the network entity to:
- transmit scheduling information to a user equipment via the transceiver, wherein the scheduling information schedules a transmission by the user equipment on at least one radio frequency carrier of a plurality of radio frequency carriers;
- and
- receive the transmission from the user equipment via the transceiver on the at least one radio frequency carrier according to a peak uplink data rate for a time slot, wherein the peak uplink data rate is based on whether the user equipment supports uplink switching between the plurality of radio frequency carriers.
A method of wireless communication at a network entity, the method comprising:
- transmitting scheduling information to a user equipment, wherein the scheduling information schedules a transmission by the user equipment on at least one radio frequency carrier of a plurality of radio frequency carriers;
- and
- receiving the transmission from the user equipment on the at least one radio frequency carrier according to a peak uplink data rate for a time slot, wherein the peak uplink data rate is based on whether the user equipment supports uplink switching between the plurality of radio frequency carriers.
