• selecting a resource for transmission from a first time;

• wherein the program or instructions, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to further perform the following:
• in a case that a target resource of the first terminal and an active time of a second mechanism of a second terminal do not overlap at all, performing a second operation;
• wherein
• the second operation comprises:
• triggering resource reselection;
• wherein
• the target resource comprises at least one of the following:
• a resource selection time and a selectable range of the resource selection time;
• and
• the second mechanism comprises the active time and an inactive time.
