Abstract
The present subject matter relates to a method receiving reference signals from at least one node, the reference signals being received in multiple carrier frequencies; processing the reference signals for determining per carrier frequency a position of the apparatus; determining a weight per carrier frequency, the weight of a specific carrier frequency being indicative of relationships between the position determined for the specific carrier frequency and the determined positions of the remaining carrier frequencies; weighting the determined positions using the weights for obtaining an estimate of the position of the apparatus.

An apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- an antenna;
- and
- at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to:
- receive reference signals from at least one node, the reference signals being received in multiple carrier frequencies;
- process the reference signals for determining per carrier frequency a position of the apparatus, referred to as measured position;
- determine a weight per carrier frequency being indicative of relationships between the position determined for the carrier frequency and the positions determined for the other carrier frequencies;
- weighting the measured positions using the weights for obtaining an estimate of a position of the apparatus.
A method comprising:
- receiving, by an apparatus, reference signals from at least one node, the reference signals being received in multiple carrier frequencies;
- processing the reference signals for determining per carrier frequency a position of the apparatus, referred to as measured position;
- determining a weight per carrier frequency being indicative of relationships between the position determined for the carrier frequency and the determined positions for the other carrier frequencies;
- weighting the measured positions using the weights for obtaining an estimate of a position of the apparatus.
A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising program instructions that, when executed by an apparatus, cause the apparatus to perform at least the following:
- receiving reference signals from at least one node, the reference signals being received in multiple carrier frequencies;
- processing the reference signals for determining per carrier frequency a position of the apparatus, referred to as measured position;
- determining a weight per carrier frequency being indicative of relationships between the position determined for the carrier frequency and the determined positions for the other carrier frequencies;
- weighting the measured positions using the weights for obtaining an estimate of a position of the apparatus.
