Vapor displacement refueling including data communications, zero gravity and chemical looping combustion system

A fueling or fuel transfer data communications and signal detection system configured for communicating system data and signals, transmitting shutdown signals and activating alarms, by wire or wirelessly by radio or light, or quantum communications, over local-area or wide-area, including cloud-based, networks, data centers, network operation centers, or satellites, and configured for activating alarms concerning fueling or fuel transfer shutdown events, comprising:

• a plurality of data communication satellites forming a satellite mesh data communications and processing system, wherein satellites communicate satellite to satellite, or satellite to ground, and utilize a combination of one or more onboard processors chosen from one or more of the group comprising:
• CPUs, GPUs, GPGPUs, OPUs, QPUs;
• wherein, at least two different satellite communication signals are utilized within the satellite mesh communications system to or from a ground station, the at least two different satellite communication signals chosen from the group of:
• radio signals, modulated radio signals and optical signals;
• wherein, if any one of the at least two different satellite communication signals is dropped or non-functioning, the system continues communications with at least one of the satellite communication signals;
• wherein, if only one of the at least two different satellite communication signals is operable, a communication failure signal is produced which alarms any fueling or fuel transfer in progress of a communication fault;
• and
• wherein if two of the at least two different satellite communication signals are dropped or non-functioning, a communication failure alarm is produced, and any fueling or fuel transfer in progress is shut down using data communications to supplier or receiver systems.
