Abstract
An information processing system includes at least one processor configured to: acquire an extraction candidate from recorded information serving as information recorded in an atypical document, the extraction candidate serving as a candidate to be extracted as the recorded information corresponding to an item of the atypical document; and display a recorded area on a display, the recorded area being where the extraction candidate is recorded in the atypical document.
Claims16
An information processing system comprising:
- at least one processor configured to:
- cause a display to display a setting screen that receives, from a user, a command for setting an item to be extracted from an atypical document and an extraction condition for the item;
- perform optical character recognition (“OCR”) processing on image data of the atypical document based on the extraction condition;
- acquire, from the image data and based on a result of the OCR processing, an extraction candidate from recorded information serving as information recorded in the atypical document, the extraction candidate serving as a candidate to be extracted as the recorded information corresponding to the item set by the user;
- and
- display a recorded area on the display, the recorded area being where the extraction candidate is recorded in the atypical document,
- wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
- acquire the extraction candidate based on the item and the set extraction condition;
- correct the extraction candidate based on a correction command from the user input by way of the display;
- and
- set the corrected extraction candidate as an extraction result of the recorded information corresponding to the item even in a case where the corrected extraction candidate does not entirely satisfy the extraction condition.

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process, the process comprising:
- causing a display to display a setting screen that receives, from a user, a command for setting an item to be extracted from an atypical document and an extraction condition for the item;
- performing optical-character-recognition (“OCR”) processing on image data of the atypical document based on the extraction condition;
- acquiring, from the image data and based on a result of the OCR processing, an extraction candidate from recorded information serving as information recorded in the atypical document, the extraction candidate serving as a candidate to be extracted as the recorded information corresponding to the item set by the user;
- and
- causing the display to display a recorded area where the extraction candidate is recorded in the atypical document,
- wherein the process further comprise:
- acquiring the extraction candidate based on the item and the set extraction condition;
- correcting the extraction candidate based on a correction command from the user input by way of the display;
- and
- setting the corrected extraction candidate as an extraction result of the recorded information corresponding to the item even in a case where the corrected extraction candidate does not entirely satisfy the extraction condition.
