Abstract
The present disclosure is related to systems and methods for image evaluation. The method may include obtaining an original image including a representation of at least one subject. The method may include generating a plurality of target positioning results for each of the at least one subject by inputting the original image into a prediction model. The prediction model may include a plurality of branches. Each of the plurality of target positioning results may correspond to a branch of the plurality of branches. The method may include determining an evaluation result corresponding to the original image based on the plurality of target positioning results.
Claims20
A method for image evaluation, which is implemented on a computing device including at least one processor and at least one storage device, the method comprising:
- obtaining an original image including a representation of at least one subject by scanning the at least one subject with a medical device, wherein each of the at least one subject includes a specific portion of a human or an animal;
- generating a plurality of target positioning results for each of the at least one subject by inputting the original image into a prediction model, wherein the prediction model is a multiple hypothesis prediction (MHP) model that includes a plurality of branches, and each of the plurality of target positioning results corresponds to a branch of the plurality of branches, and the prediction model is trained based on a plurality of samples;
- determining an evaluation result corresponding to the original image based on the plurality of target positioning results, wherein the evaluation result is used to evaluate an accuracy of the plurality of target positioning results, and the evaluation result corresponding to the original image reflects a confidence level of the plurality of target positioning results corresponding to the original image;
- in response to determining that the evaluation result satisfies a first condition, generating scanning control information of the at least one subject based on the plurality of target positioning results;
- and
- guiding the medical device to scan at least one of the at least one subject or a portion of one of the at least one subject based on the scanning control information, wherein the scanning control information includes at least one of a scan range, a scan direction, a scan position, or a scan field of view (FOV).
A system for image evaluation, comprising:
- at least one storage medium including a set of instructions;
- and
- at least one processor in communication with the at least one storage medium, wherein when executing the set of instructions, the at least one processor is directed to cause the system to perform operations comprising:
- obtaining an original image including a representation of at least one subject by scanning the at least one subject with a medical device, wherein each of the at least one subject includes a specific portion of a human or an animal;
- generating a plurality of target positioning results for each of the at least one subject by inputting the original image into a prediction model, wherein the prediction model is a multiple hypothesis prediction (MHP) model that includes a plurality of branches, and each of the plurality of target positioning results corresponds to a branch of the plurality of branches, and the prediction model is trained based on a plurality of samples;
- determining an evaluation result corresponding to the original image based on the plurality of target positioning results, wherein the evaluation result is used to evaluate an accuracy of the plurality of target positioning results, and the evaluation result corresponding to the original image reflects a confidence level of the plurality of target positioning results corresponding to the original image;
- in response to determining that the evaluation result satisfies a first condition, generating scanning control information of the at least one subject based on the plurality of target positioning results;
- and
- guiding the medical device to scan at least one of the at least one subject or a portion of one of the at least one subject based on the scanning control information, wherein the scanning control information includes at least one of a scan range, a scan direction, a scan position, or a scan field of view (FOV).
