Anti-leak digital document marking system and method using distributed ledger

A system of digitally encoding a digital document, comprising:

• at least one server, including a processor and a memory, in network communication with at least one user device;
• wherein the at least one server is operable to receive a document request message from the at least one user device, wherein the document request message includes a request to view or download one or more digital documents;
• wherein, upon receiving the document request message, the at least one server automatically generates a first code corresponding to a unique value, wherein the first code includes a plurality of polygons;
• wherein the first code is embedded into the one or more digital documents;
• and
• wherein, upon receiving a second document request message for the one or more digital documents, the at least one server generates a new version of the one or more digital documents without the first code and embeds a second code in each of the one or more digital documents.

A method for digitally encoding a digital document, comprising:

• providing at least one server, including a processor and a memory, in network communication with at least one user device;
• the at least one server receiving a document request message from the at least one user device, wherein the document request message includes a request to view or download one or more digital documents;
• upon receiving the document request message, the at least one server automatically generating a first code corresponding to a unique value;
• the first code including a plurality of polygons;
• embedding the first code in the one or more digital documents;
• and
• upon receiving a second document request message for the one or more digital documents, the at least one server generating a new version of the one or more digital documents without the first code and embedding a second code in each of the one or more digital documents.
