Abstract
Systems, apparatus, and methods for transferring digital assets using proof-of-sound. Content consumers may verify their presence at an event/drop using various mechanisms including audio recording, sensor data, data from other devices, and user interactions. Creators may reward content consumers who attend an event with rewards including non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Smart contracts may be deployed to a blockchain to mint NFTs for verified content consumers.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions which, when executed by a processor subsystem, causes a device to:
- send an instruction to generate a non-fungible token (NFT) on a blockchain, the instruction indicating one or more conditions to receive the NFT;
- play audio;
- capture an audio portion associated with a drop timestamp;
- and
- send data associated with the audio portion and the drop timestamp to a verification server configured to verify users who meet the one or more conditions to receive the NFT at a time synchronized execution based on the drop timestamp.
