Computer implemented system and methods for implementing advertisement placement via internet

A matching unit for use in connection with a computer-implemented system, the matching unit in communication with a network and configured to:

• access data stored in a datastore that includes matching query terms and predefined matching keywords;
• parse a website hosted on the network comprising at least one term;
• match the at least one term to at least one of the predefined matching keywords;
• define an associated listing relevancy;
• and
• create and send a list of associated top matches to the website to create at least one advertisement element thereon.

A computer-implemented method to perform an advertisement creation operation, the method using at least one server in communication with a network and a matching unit configured to access data in a datastore that includes matching query terms and predefined matching keywords, the method comprising:

• parsing a website comprising at least one term with the matching unit;
• matching the at least one term to at least one of the predefined matching keywords with the matching unit;
• defining an associated listing relevancy with the matching unit;
• creating a list of associated top matches with the matching unit;
• and
• sending the list of associated top matches, with the matching unit, to the website to create at least one advertisement element thereon.
