Method of providing resources for an event

A system comprising:

• a primary electronic device, comprising:
• a processor;
• a memory storing program instructions accessible by the processor, wherein, responsive to execution of the program instructions, the processor performs the following:
• obtaining from the memory or from a sensor context awareness information related to a class where a user of the primary electronic device provides data or information to a group of users that have auxiliary electronic devices;
• in response to obtaining the context awareness information, determining, with the processor, a learning-based application associated with the class in real time based on the context awareness information;
• identifying, with the processor, an auxiliary electronic device of the auxiliary electronic devices within a classroom having physical boundaries of the class;
• wherein the auxiliary electronic devices identified represent a subset of auxiliary electronic devices within a physical environment that encompasses the classroom;
• communicating with the auxiliary electronic device via a transceiver to determine whether the auxiliary electronic device has the learning-based application associated with the class in response to identifying the auxiliary electronic device within the classroom;
• notifying a user of the auxiliary electronic device or the primary electronic device with a communication that the auxiliary electronic device does not have the learning-based application in response to determining that the auxiliary electronic device does not have the learning-based application;
• and
• automatically instructing the auxiliary electronic device to install the learning-based application onto the auxiliary electronic device in response to determining the auxiliary electronic device does not have the learning-based application;
• and
• the auxiliary electronic device comprising:
• an auxiliary processor;
• an auxiliary memory storing program instructions accessible by the auxiliary processor, wherein, responsive to execution of the program instructions, the auxiliary processor performs the following:
• installing the learning-based application onto the auxiliary electronic device in response to receiving instruction from the primary electronic device.
