Abstract
A photosensitive resin composition contains a compound A which has a heterocyclic structure having at least one atom of an oxygen atom, a nitrogen atom, or a sulfur atom in a ring structure, and has at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of —SH, —OH, —COOH, —NH2, and —CONH2, an alkali-soluble binder polymer, an ethylenically unsaturated compound, and a photopolymerization initiator.
Claims17
A photosensitive resin composition comprising:
- a compound A;
- an alkali-soluble binder polymer;
- an ethylenically unsaturated compound;
- and
- a photopolymerization initiator,
- wherein the compound A is selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by Formulae (A-2) and (A-3):
- wherein,
- in Formulae (A-2) and (A-3), each Ra represents —CONH2, n2 represents an integer of from 1 to 4, and n3 represents an integer of from 1 to 3, and
- wherein the alkali-soluble binder polymer comprises a structural unit having an aliphatic hydrocarbon ring represented by Formula (Cy):
- wherein, in Formula (Cy), RM represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and RCy represents a tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene ring structure.
