Abstract
A camera stabilization apparatus comprises a pendulum arm extending from a first end to a second end, the pendulum arm comprising a camera holding device at the first end for holding an associated camera and a functional element holding device at the second end for holding an associated functional element. The camera stabilization apparatus further comprises a signal concentration device configured to transmit, via a common transmission path, at least two different types of operating signals between the first end and the second end of the pendulum arm.
Claims22
A camera stabilization apparatus, comprising:
- a pendulum arm extending from a first end to a second end, the pendulum arm comprising at the first end a camera holding device for holding an associated camera and at the second end a functional element holding device for holding an associated functional element,
- wherein a radio transmitter is arranged at the second end of the pendulum arm, which radio transmitter is configured to transmit at least one operating signal to an external radio receiver via a radio connection,
- wherein the radio transmitter is associated with a camera-facing antenna for establishing the radio connection with the external radio receiver,
- wherein the camera-facing antenna is arranged at the first end of the pendulum arm, and
- wherein the camera-facing antenna is connected to the radio transmitter via an antenna cable extending within the pendulum arm.
A camera stabilization apparatus,
- comprising a pendulum arm extending from a first end to a second end, the pendulum arm comprising at the first end a camera holding device for holding an associated camera and at the second end a functional element holding device for holding an associated functional element,
- further comprising a signal concentration device configured to transmit, via a common transmission path, at least two different types of operating signals between the first end of the pendulum arm and the second end of the pendulum arm, wherein the at least two different types of operating signals comprise at least the following operating signals:
- an audio signal of an associated microphone;
- a position sensor signal of a position sensor;
- a camera status signal representing a recording state, an inactive state, or an off state of the associated camera;
- and
- an inertial sensor signal of an inertial sensor,
- wherein a radio transmitter is arranged at the second end of the pendulum arm, which radio transmitter is configured to transmit at least one of the operating signals transmitted via the transmission path to the second end of the pendulum arm to an external radio receiver via a radio connection, and
- wherein the radio transmitter is associated with a camera-facing antenna for establishing the radio connection with the external radio receiver, wherein the camera-facing antenna is arranged at the first end of the pendulum arm, and wherein the camera-facing antenna is connected to the radio transmitter via an antenna cable extending within the pendulum arm.
