Pump comprising a pressure chamber and a cooling system

A pump (1), comprising:

• a housing (3), which delimits a pressure chamber (2);
• a pressure chamber feed line (4) which leads into the pressure chamber (2);
• a pressure chamber discharge line (5) which leads out of the pressure chamber (2);
• a displacement device arranged displaceably in the pressure chamber (2) for exposing a fluid flowing into the pressure chamber (2) via the pressure chamber feed line (4) to a pressure and expelling the fluid from the pressure chamber (2) via the pressure chamber discharge line (5);
• and
• a cooling system for cooling the housing (3) of the pump (1), the cooling system comprising
• at least one heat pipe (12), containing a heat transfer fluid, and
• at least one heat sink (8),
• wherein the at least one heat pipe (12) comprises
• a housing contact region (13) for providing heat-conducting contact between the at least one heat pipe (12) and the housing (3), and,
• a heat sink contact region (14) for providing heat-conducting contact between the at least one heat pipe (12) and the at least one heat sink (8),
• wherein, when the cooling system is used as intended, heat is transferred via the at least one heat pipe (12) from the housing (3) to the at least one heat sink (8),
• wherein housing contact region (13) is arranged proximal to the pressure chamber feed line (4) and the pressure chamber discharge line (5).
