Abstract
A vehicle system includes a first machine having a first controller, a second machine having a second controller, and a third controller in communication with the first controller and the second controller. The third controller is configured to receive a movement command, and send the movement command to the second controller. In response to receiving the movement command, the second controller is configured to send the movement command to the first controller, so that the first machine and the second machine perform the movement command substantially simultaneously.
Claims20
A vehicle system comprising:
- a first machine including a first controller;
- a second machine including a second controller;
- and
- a third controller remote from the first machine and the second machine and in communication with the first controller and the second controller, wherein the third controller is configured to:
- receive a movement command;
- and
- send the movement command to the second controller, and
- in response to receiving the movement command, the second controller is configured to send the movement command to the first controller, so that the first machine and the second machine perform the movement command substantially simultaneously.
A vehicle system comprising:
- a first machine including a first controller;
- a second machine including a second controller;
- and
- a third controller in communication with a beacon, wherein the third controller is configured to:
- receive a movement command;
- and
- send the movement command to the beacon,
- in response to receiving the movement command, the beacon is configured to send the movement command to the second controller, and
- in response to receiving the movement command, the second controller is configured to send the movement command to the first controller, so that the first machine and the second machine perform the movement command in a coordinated mode of operation.
A vehicle system comprising:
- a first machine including a first controller;
- a second machine including a second controller;
- and
- a third controller remote from the first machine and the second machine and in communication with the first controller and the second controller, wherein the third controller is configured to:
- receive a movement command;
- and
- simultaneously send the movement command to the first controller and the second controller, so that the first machine and the second machine perform the movement command substantially simultaneously.
