Clothes treating apparatus having drying function

A clothes treating apparatus comprising:

• a cabinet;
• a drum disposed within the cabinet;
• a heat-exchanger configured to exchange heat with air exhausted from the drum;
• a lint filter configured to collect lint in the air exhausted from the drum;
• a spray tube configured to spray water on the lint filter or the heat-exchanger such that lint collected by the lint filter is separated from the lint filter or the lint collected by the heat-exchanger is separated from the heat-exchanger;
• and
• a water supply part configured to supply water to the spray tube, the water supply part including:
• a water supply source disposed outside the cabinet;
• a water supply source connection part connected to the water supply source, the water supply source connection part being configured to provide water from the water supply source to the spray tube;
• a water supply valve connected to the water supply source connection part, the water supply valve being configured to open and close a flow path of the water supply source connection part, the water supply valve comprising:
• an inlet fluidly connected to the water supply source connection part;
• and
• a plurality of outlets, some of which are fluidly connected to the spray tube, wherein any one of the plurality of outlets is fluidly connected to a drain pipe to discharge water to the outside of the cabinet;
• and
• a guide valve configured to selectively receive water from the water supply part or condensate generated by the heat-exchanger,
• wherein the guide valve and the water supply valve are fluidly connected in series, with the water supply valve being located downstream of the guide valve with respect to a flow direction of the water supplied from the water supply part, and
• wherein the water supply valve is configured to receive the fluid from the guide valve and distribute the fluid to either the spray tube or the drain pipe.
