Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a composition having excellent coatability. In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a composition, a transfer film, a manufacturing method for a laminate, a manufacturing method for a circuit wire, and an electronic device, which are related to the composition. A composition of the present invention contains an alkali-soluble resin, a polymerizable compound, and a compound A. The compound A is a compound having a group represented by General Formula (1). *—CF2—H General Formula (1): In the formula, * represents a bonding position.
Claims10
A composition comprising:
- an alkali-soluble resin;
- a polymerizable compound;
- and
- a compound A,
- wherein the compound A includes a high-molecular-weight compound which contains a constitutional unit derived from a monomer represented by General Formula (4A) and a constitutional unit derived from a monomer represented by General Formula (5),
- in General formula (4A), R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, X represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or —N(R2)—, m represents an integer of 1 to 6, n represents an integer of 2 to 6, and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms,
- in General formula (5), R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, Y represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or —N(R5)—, AL represents an alkylene group which may have a substituent, nAL represents an integer of 2 or more, R4 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent, and R5 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.
