Claims19
An antibody that specifically binds an epitope within amino acids spanning the extracellular portion of human Interleukin 13 receptor alpha 2 (IL-13RA2),
- wherein said antibody comprises a variable light chain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 8, or at least 90% identity thereto, wherein said variable light chain amino acid sequence comprising at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NO:8 comprises three complementarity determining regions (CDRs) of SEQ ID NO:8;
- and a variable heavy chain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 10, or at least 90% identity thereto, wherein said variable heavy chain amino acid sequence comprising at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NO:
- 10 comprises three CDRs of SEQ ID NO:
- 10.
