Pyrazole-substituted cyclopentanol ester derivative and use thereof

A compound of formula (II), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,

• wherein,
• ring A is a benzene ring fused to a 5-6 membered heteroalkyl ring, wherein the benzene ring fused to the 5-6 membered heteroalkyl ring is optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 Ra;
• L1 and L2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a single bond;
• R1 is selected from the group consisting of H and C1-3 alkyl;
• wherein the C1-3 alkyl is optionally independently substituted with 1, 2 or 3 Rd;
• Ra is each independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, OH, CN, NH2, ═O, C1-3 alkyl and C1-3 alkoxy, and the C1-3 alkyl or the C1-3 alkoxy is optionally independently substituted with 1, 2 or 3 Rx;
• Rb is each independently selected from the group consisting of H and C1-3 alkyl;
• the C1-3 alkyl is optionally independently substituted with 1, 2 or 3 Rx;
• Rd is each independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, OH, CN, and NH2;
• Rx is each independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, OH, CN, and NH2;
• m is selected from the group consisting of 1, 2, and 3;
• and
• the carbon atom with “*” is a chiral carbon atom present in a form of a single (R) or (S) enantiomer or in a form enriched with one enantiomer.
