Vehicle driving assembly and vehicle

A vehicle comprising a vehicle driving assembly, said vehicle drive assembly comprising:

• an axle beam configured to support at least two opposing ground engaging wheels of a vehicle comprising the vehicle driving assembly;
• and
• a propulsion unit configured to provide motive power to the vehicle via the at least two opposing ground engaging wheels,
• wherein the axle beam comprises a mounting section comprising a cavity with an opening facing in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the axle beam,
• wherein the cavity accommodates a portion of the propulsion unit protruding into the cavity via the opening,
• wherein the propulsion unit is attached to the mounting section of the axle beam with a number of fastening elements arranged at a first mounting interface and at a second mounting interface, and
• wherein the first and second mounting interfaces are arranged at a respective side of an axial plane extending through a respective rotation axis of the at least two opposing ground engaging wheels.
