Abstract
The present disclosure provides a multilayer film comprising a resin composition layer containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer with an ethylene unit content of 20 mol % or more and 60 mol % or less and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer with an ethylene unit content being more than the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, and a thermoplastic resin layer.
Claims19
A vapor deposition multilayer film comprising:
- a multilayer film comprising:
- a resin composition (A) layer containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (a1) with an ethylene unit content of 20 mol % or more and 60 mol % or less and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (a2) with an ethylene unit content being more than that of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (a1);
- a thermoplastic resin (B) layer;
- and
- an adhesive resin (C) layer;
- and
- an inorganic vapor deposition (D) layer directly in contact with an exposed surface of the resin composition (A) layer, wherein
- an outermost layer in the multilayer film includes the resin composition (A) layer;
- and
- the multilayer film is an inflation molded article and is stretched uniaxially by 3 times or more and 12 times or less;
- an average thickness of the inorganic vapor deposition (D) layer is 10 nm or more and 150 nm or less;
- a layer structure of the vapor deposition multilayer film is:
- (i) layer (B)/layer (C)/layer (A)/layer (D);
- (ii) layer (B)/layer (C)/layer (A)/layer (C)/layer (A)/layer (D);
- (iii) layer (A)/layer (C)/layer (B)/layer (C)/layer (A)/layer (D);
- or
- (iv) layer (B)/layer (C)/layer (A)/layer (C)/layer (B)/layer (C)/layer (A)/layer (D), and
- the film is stretched in the machine direction (MD) but not in the transverse direction (TD).
