Abstract
Disclosed are methods and compositions for treating cell proliferative diseases and disorders including cancers comprising tumor-associated myeloid cells (TAMCs) such as glioblastoma. The disclosed methods and composition may utilize or comprise cytotoxic lipid particles that comprise a surface-associated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof against PD-L1.
Claims20
A method for treating a cancer comprising tumor-associated myeloid cells (TAMCs) in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising cytotoxic lipid particles and a suitable carrier, excipient, or diluent, wherein the cytotoxic lipid particles comprise a surface-associated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof against PD-L1 and a cytotoxic agent, wherein the cytotoxic agent is Dinaciclib (Dina), wherein the cytotoxic lipid particles are nanoparticles comprising a phospholipid bilayer encapsulating the cytotoxic agent, and wherein the cancer is glioblastoma.
A method of reducing the frequency of radioresistant monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells (M-MDSCs) in a subject receiving radiotherapy, the method comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising cytotoxic lipid particles and a suitable carrier, excipient, or diluent, wherein the cytotoxic lipid particles comprise a surface-associated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof against PD-L1 and a cytotoxic agent, wherein the cytotoxic agent is Dinaciclib (Dina), wherein the cytotoxic lipid particles are nanoparticles comprising a phospholipid bilayer encapsulating the cytotoxic agent.
A method of reducing PD-L1 endocytic recycling in tumor-associated myeloid cells (TAMCs) in a subject that has been diagnosed with a cancer, the method comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising cytotoxic lipid particles and a suitable carrier, excipient, or diluent, wherein the cytotoxic lipid particles comprise a surface-associated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof against PD-L1 and a cytotoxic agent, wherein the cytotoxic agent is Dinaciclib (Dina), wherein the cytotoxic lipid particles are nanoparticles comprising a phospholipid bilayer encapsulating the cytotoxic agent.
