A soft tissue mobilization device includes a shaft, a treatment member fixedly coupled to the distal end of the shaft, and a support member configured to translate axially and rotate relative to the shaft. A pressure applicator on the treatment member is configured for being in direct contact with a desired treatment area of a patient's body. A support pad on the support member is configured for being in direct contact with a second area of the patient's body. The support member translates along the shaft towards the treatment member in order to increase pressure applied by the pressure applicator. The support member includes two actuators—a handle and a trigger. Squeezing the handle causes incremental axial translation of the support member along the shaft. Squeezing the trigger allows rotational positioning and axial translation of the support member relative to the shaft.
