A compression bandage formed by a knit obtained by warp stitch technology, based on synthetic yarns which is made up of two textile surfaces whose textile structure is identical or different connected to each other by spacer yarns. Each textile surface has elastic yarns and the spacer yarn being a monofilament. The knit has a longitudinal elongation measured according to standard EN 14704-1 of between 30 and 160%. The textile surface which comes into contact with the skin has synthetic multifilament yarns, the filaments of which have a count of between 1.2 and 5 dtex and the number of filaments is between 15 and 150, and a dynamic coefficient of friction measured according to standard EN ISO 8295 greater than or equal to 0.25 and less than or equal to 1.2.
A compression bandage configured for medical treatment of a user, said bandage having a form of a 3D knit obtained by warp stitch technology, with no latex or adhesive, based on synthetic yarns which is made up of two textile surfaces whose textile structure is identical or different connected to each other by spacer yarns, each of the two textile surfaces comprising elastic yarns and the spacer yarn being a monofilament, said 3D knit having a longitudinal elongation measured according to standard EN 14704-1 of between 30 and 160%, wherein a textile surface configured for coming into contact with human skin has synthetic multifilament yarns, the filaments of which have a count of between 1.2 and 5 dtex and the number of filaments of each multifilament yarn is between 15 and 150, wherein the textile surface configured for coming into contact with human skin has a quantity of multifilament yarns of around 15 to 40% by mass percentage relative to the total weight of said 3D knit and typically around 20 to 25%, and the textile surface configured for coming into contact with human skin has a physically treated surface wherein the textile surface configured for coming into contact with human skin is treated with a physical treatment selected from brushing or sueding such that the multifilament yarns on the physically treated surface include fibers that are disorderly, disunited, threadbare, have rough spots, are less smooth and are cut, as compared to an untreated surface, and wherein the physical treatment and resulting structure of the multifilament yarns provides a dynamic coefficient of friction measured according to standard EN ISO 8295 of greater than or equal to 0.25 and less than or equal to 1.2, to prevent turn-on-turn slippage.
