Abstract
One embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a self-closing cap which uses a hanger and an elastic material for self-closure, after injection molding a mold in a structure of a conventional wet wipes cap that is manually opened and closed and may remain open after use, so as to prevent drying and contamination of wet wipes and thus extend the shelf life of wet wipes and reduce the occasion of using an excessive amount of water during production of wet wipes to prevent drying.
Claims8
A self-closing cap for preventing wet wipes from drying out, which is tightly installed on an upper surface of a wet wipe packaging film pack, the self-closing cap comprising:
- a base attached and secured to the wet wipe packaging film pack;
- a cover connected to the base and configured to open or close the wet wipe packaging film pack;
- a first hanger disposed at one side of an inner surface of the cover;
- a second hanger disposed at one side of an inner surface of the base;
- and
- an elastic element hung on the first hanger and the second hanger to provide a primary driving force for closing the cover.
A self-closing cap for preventing wet wipes from drying out, which is tightly installed on an upper surface of a wet wipe packaging film pack, the self-closing cap comprising:
- a base attached to the wet wipe packaging film pack and secured to the film pack;
- a cover connected to the base and configured to open and close the wet wipe packaging film pack;
- a first hanger formed at one side of an inner surface of the cover;
- a second hanger formed at one side of an inner surface of the base;
- and
- an elastic element hung on the first hanger and the second hanger to provide a primary driving force for closing the cover,
- wherein the second hanger is disposed between a hinge portion connecting the cover and the base and an opening of the wet wipe packaging film pack through which wet wipes come out.
