Abstract
The present disclosure is method for treating an asphalt roof using the following steps: (1) clearing debris from the roof; applying fused alpha alumina containing aluminum oxide to cyanobacteria stains; and (3) evenly distribute fused alpha alumina on the cyanobacteria stains such that when it rains, dead cyanobacteria molecules are washed away.

A method for treating an asphalt roof, comprising:
- clearing debris from the roof;
- apply fused alpha alumina containing aluminum oxide to cyanobacteria stains;
- and
- evenly distribute the fused alpha alumina on the cyanobacteria stains such that when it rains, dead cyanobacteria molecules are washed away.
