Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for freezing a cell structure including freezing a cell structure including fragmented extracellular matrix components, cells and fibrin and having a three-dimensional tissue structure.
Claims19
A method for cryopreserving cell structure, comprising
- freezing a cell structure comprising fragmented extracellular matrix components, cells and fibrin and having a three-dimensional tissue structure,
- wherein the cell structure has a fatty acid uptake function, a metabolic function, or a predetermined biological factor secretion function,
- wherein the cell structure includes a vascular network between the cells, and
- wherein the cells comprise at least adipocytes and adipose-derived stem cells.
1 more element
A method for freezing a cell structure, comprising
- freezing a cell structure comprising fragmented extracellular matrix components, cells and fibrin and having a three-dimensional tissue structure, and
- thawing the frozen cell structure to obtain a thawed cell structure that maintains a function after thawing,
- wherein the function is a blood vessel connection function.
