Abstract
A method of making a laminated transformer can include: casting a non-magnetic material on a film to form a non-magnetic layer; performing a screen-printing process on the non-magnetic layer to form a winding layer, including a magnetic material body and a coil; and performing a pressing process to laminate two magnetic layers and a plurality of structures including the non-magnetic layer and the winding layer, where the plurality of structures are laminated between two layers of the magnetic layers.

A method of manufacturing a laminated transformer, the method comprising the steps of:
- casting a non-magnetic material on a film to form a plurality of non-magnetic layers;
- a screen-printing a plurality of winding layers on each non-magnetic layer of the plurality of non-magnetic layers, wherein each winding layer of the plurality of winding layers comprises a magnetic material body and a coil;
- laminating by pressing two magnetic layers and a plurality of structures to form the laminated transformer, wherein each structure of a plurality of structures comprises a non-magnetic layer and a winding layer, wherein the plurality of structures are configured to position between two layers of the magnetic layers;
- and
- screen-printing a magnetic paste on each non-magnetic layer of the plurality of non-magnetic layers to form the magnetic material body, forming a first opening in the magnetic material body, filling a metal paste in the first opening to form the coil, and removing the film to form each structure of the plurality of structures.
