Streaming mode for accessing memory cells in a memory device

An apparatus comprising:

• sensing circuitry configured to read first and second memory cells sequentially;
• and a controller configured to:
• read, with the sensing circuitry, the first memory cells, including increasing a magnitude of a voltage of a wordline from an initial voltage;
• and
• read, with the sensing circuitry, the second memory cells, including increasing a magnitude of the voltage of the wordline from the initial voltage,
• wherein the wordline is returned to the initial voltage between the first memory cells being read and the second memory cells being read, and
• wherein the wordline is not discharged to zero volts between the first memory cells being read and the second memory cells being read.

A method comprising:

• reading, by a controller using a sensing circuitry of a memory device, first memory cells of the memory device, wherein the reading of the first memory cells includes increasing a magnitude of a voltage of a wordline from an initial voltage;
• and
• reading, by the controller using the sensing circuitry, second memory cells of the memory device, wherein the reading of the second memory cells includes increasing a magnitude of the voltage of the wordline from the initial voltage,
• wherein the wordline is returned to the initial voltage between the first memory cells being read and the second memory cells being read.

An apparatus comprising:

• sensing circuitry configured to read memory cells;
• and
• a controller configured to:
• bias a voltage of a wordline to an initial voltage;
• read, with the sensing circuitry, first memory cells, wherein the first memory cells are read at a first voltage different from the initial voltage;
• after the first memory cells are read, bias the wordline to return the voltage of the wordline to the initial voltage;
• and
• read, with the sensing circuitry after the wordline is returned to the initial voltage, second memory cells, wherein the second memory cells are read at a second voltage different from the initial voltage, and wherein the first voltage is different from the second voltage.
